Kate Chastain is able to make her women work! In this exclusive sneak peek of the Tuesday, October 24, episode of Below Deck, she calls Jen Howell and Brianna Adekeye to the primary salon for a speed challenge — one thing Jen is not into.
“Usually a manager would have a team building activity. This is, like, to every their own. We’re gonna throw you to the wolves and good good fortune,” Jen says.
Once the three women are together, Katie starts giving Brie and Jen explicit instructions for the cleansing race. Jen interrupts, announcing, “Can I interject?” Kate isn't in any respect glad, responding with, “Do you keep in mind the item I said about wondering?”
Still unwilling to listen to the instructions, Jen answers with, “OK, I’ll just be a robot and do as you say.” Jen solutions with, “Robot or respectful, whichever you wish to have to call it.”
This is the place Jen crosses a line, in Kate and Brianna’s eyes. She goes silent earlier than announcing, “Respect? What have you learnt about that?” Kate answers with, “Lately, I’ve been lacking it.”
With that, Brianna and Jen get to the cleansing drill. Kate compliments Brie’s work when she finishes first and then adds “Jen continues to be f—king going.”
“I don’t choose foul language,” she tells Kate.” I’m simply pointing out my voice. I’m a human, and this is civil rights.”

For Brie, she lives through the rule of thumb of recognize. “If you give Kate appreciate, she’s cool with you,” she says in her interview. “If you don’t, she’s going to make your lifestyles a living hell. Just suck it up and do the paintings, rather than being obnoxious.”
