Britney Spears’ love life has been making headlines since she burst onto the song scene within the ‘90s — together with her romances with Justin Timberlake and Sam Asghari.
Spears and Timberlake were a ‘90s power couple, but if they break up in 2002, things were given messy. Two a long time later, Timberlake apologized to Spears for his part in fueling speculation that she cheated on him by writing “Cry Me a River.”
“I'm deeply sorry for the times in my life where my actions contributed to the problem, where I spoke out of flip, or didn't discuss up for what was proper,” Timberlake wrote via Instagram in February 2021 after his dating with Spears used to be put underneath a microscope within the Framing Britney Spears documentary. “I remember that I fell short in these moments and in lots of others and benefited from a gadget that condones misogyny and racism.”
In addition to her relationship with Timberlake, Spears’ marriages — and divorces — had been highly publicized. Following her cut up from Kevin Federline in 2007, Spears was once placed under a conservatorship in 2008. The prison agreement came to an end in fall 2021.
