Christina Ricci’s look on Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis paid off in more tactics than one.
In an unique interview, the Yellowjackets big name, 43, dished on enlisting the help of famed inside designer Jeff Lewis to renovate the kitchen and primary toilet of a previous home she used to be hoping to offload.
“When I was in my twenties, I lived with my sister right here in Los Angeles, and pretty much all we'd do at the weekends was once watch Flipping Out marathons,” Ricci tells Us about the Bravo series, during which Lewis, 53, starred in from 2007 to 2018. “We completely loved Jeff and the show.”
Ricci had some other reason for letting Lewis, his workforce and cameras into her belongings to file the renovation procedure for the Amazon Freevee collection. “When I used to be approached to do that, I was truly excited,” she stocks. “I also needed a few rooms in my area redone, so it seemed like a win-win.”
After spending “years of [her] lifestyles” watching the no-nonsense TV personality, Ricci knew what to expect when it came to working with Lewis. “[With] Jeff, what you notice on TV is in point of fact what you get — he used to be so a laugh and it was once just nice,” she continues. “I felt like some bizarre fan that used to be residing their goals.”
Though Lewis and his team managed to squeeze in some jokes at Ricci’s expense (designer Megan Weaver quipped that a useless fish remaining in a with different dwelling fish at the actress’ home reminded her of Yellowjackets), the actress “used to be in reality satisfied with the results.”
So much so, that Ricci — who describes her private adorning style as “girly” and “trendy” — has referred to as on the internal fashion designer to redesign the remainder of the property. “Jeff and I basically ended up partnering on doing everything of my area,” the Wednesday big name tells Us. “And then we’re going to search for long run opportunities to flip homes in combination.”

Though the pair are teaming up off digicam — for now — Ricci isn’t antagonistic to filming the dynamic duo’s long term undertaking. “There’s no concrete plans, but I had a lot of a laugh doing it with him on digital camera,” she shares. “I believe it’d be truly fun for us to have our own TV display.”
She plans to let her heart prepared the ground relating to putting her personalized effect on upcoming properties, too. “I don’t have the terminology,” Ricci adds. “I have all the emotions regardless that.”
