Ethan Embry, Sunny Mabrey Engaged Again After Divorce

A second likelihood at love! Though they divorced in 2012, Ethan Embry and actress Sunny Mabrey reconciled their differences and have got engaged again. The happy couple completely spoke to Us Weekly at the Makeup Artists and Hair Stylists Guild Awards on Saturday, Feb. 14. in Los Angeles. 

"It’s the same one I had from way back in the day," Mabrey mentioned of her engagement ring. "I just couldn’t [get rid of it], it was too painful. I couldn’t imagine letting that go. It just meant too much, and I guess there was maybe a little bit of hope there!"

Embry is perfect known for his roles in Sweet Home Alabama, That Thing You Do, and Empire Records. Mabrey has spent maximum of her profession on TV, guest starring on hit displays like Angel, Mad Men, Desperate Housewives, and The Client List. The couple, who initially married in 2005, remained in each and every other's lives all over their break up.

"She maintained a relationship with my son," Embry, 36, said of his son Cogeian. "He's 15 now, but she would hang out with him once a week you know. So she was always right there and I called her up one day and I said ‘The arms distance thing, it’s just not working.' She came and picked up my son. She drove over to pick up my son, and I came out to say hello and she’s wearing my old shirt, my favorite f–king shirt! And it’s this vintage Levis plaid number, and she had tied it at the titties." 

The transfer, which Embry called "manipulative," made it exhausting for the Can't Hardly Wait actor to forget about his ex, 39.

"It has a happy ending," he mentioned. "It wasn’t so sweet a year ago. It’s sweet now."
