Free Willy superstar Jason James Richter was once arrested late Monday, October 15, for misdemeanor domestic violence, the Los Angeles Police Department confirms to Us Weekly. He was once released from prison two days later.
“Jason and his girlfriend had been fascinated by an argument that unfortunately escalated to the purpose the place police have been called,” a rep for Richter tells Us. “However, Jason vehemently denies any physical altercation. He is devastated that anyone has been resulted in imagine otherwise. Jason was once released on his personal recognizance. The police discovered no visible marks or bruises, and there may be every reason to consider that those false fees will likely be dropped.”
TMZ reported that the 38-year-old asked his girlfriend whether she was once having an affair with one in all her coworkers, which prompted her to enter a bed room of their San Fernando Valley home and lock the door.
According to the website, Richter allegedly broke down the door and pulled his female friend into the living room. Four hours later, she reportedly went to a neighborhood police station and filed a domestic violence report.

TMZ reported that Richter was once charged with one depend of vandalism for breaking the door and one depend of battery on a significant other and not using a bodily damage.
