
After filming Grand Cayman: Secrets in Paradise, the cast is soaking it all in in the case of their primary reality TV lessons — and potential regrets.
The Freeform series, which premiered in April, follows a bunch of locals and expats who attempt to navigate their relationships, friendships and careers in the Cayman Islands. Based on the respectable trailer, season 1 of Grand Cayman: Secrets in Paradise features just the right mix of drama, fun and messiness.
“I’m actually excited for folks to be entertained through whatever drama exists. And I’m maximum excited for other folks to see a glimpse of the Cayman Islands,” big name Elizabeth Chambers exclusively told Us Weekly about her time at the show. “It’s so beautiful. It’s so cinematically shot. I beloved showing the culture [and] showing the island.”
Elizabeth, who filmed the outlet of her BIRD Bakery’s first location in Grand Cayman, mentioned she prioritized her mental health while working on the show.
“You have to simply take care of point of view. Keeping your peace and psychological well being is an important factor I have to mention. I am so thankful for all the issues — obviously, for my physical health — but I’m very mentally balanced and I’m thankful for that,” she shared. “I am Forty one and I know exactly what I’ve achieved, who I'm, what’s essential to me [and] who my individuals are. That doesn’t essentially occur or exist when you’re 24 or 26. But I just know I'm in such a grounded house in my lifestyles that I’m like, ‘OK, we will take some dangers now. We’ve carried out things in reality well. We’re in an awesome place, so let’s take just a little bit more risk and go from there.'”
In addition to Elizabeth, the series also stars Selita Ebanks, Courtney McTaggart, Chelsea Flynn, Craig Jervis, Connor Bunney, Cass Lacelle, Julian Foster, Aaron Bernardo, Teri Bilewitch, Dillon Claassens, Victoria Coleman and Trevor Coleman.
Victoria and Trevor, particularly, had a singular enjoy with cameras filming the months leading up to their wedding.

“The very first thing I said to Trevor when he brought up the theory of us going on this reality show, my greatest fear was our relationship. I mentioned, ‘Well, are we going to be able to surviving something like this? It’s a lot. It’s a large pressure on [a] courting,'” Victoria revealed to Us. “I believe that at the finish of the day, we have been our unique selves and s—t occurs. Because of that, we discovered about one any other and about our relationship and the way we work.”
Trevor showed that filming Grand Cayman: Secrets in Paradise made their dating “more potent,” adding, “It was tricky. It used to be in reality difficult, but it was once among the finest factor that will have came about to our courting.”
