
Jelly Roll and his wife, Bunnie XO, are planning to enlarge their circle of relatives.
Bunnie, 44, revealed on the Tuesday, July 2 episode of her “Dumb Blonde” podcast that the couple are within the strategy of undergoing in vitro fertilization with a surrogate.
“This adventure with IVF, we sat down a pair months in the past,” she mentioned. “And I was identical to, I believe like I’ve completed so much in my existence. And the only factor that’s left is to lift a baby and garden. I’m in my child mama (and) gardening technology.”
Jelly Roll (real title Jason DeFord) married Bunnie (full name Bunnie DeFord) in 2016. She become a stepmom for the “Save Me” singer’s two kids, daughter Bailee, 16, and son Noah, 7, from prior relationships.
“J used to be like … ‘I would love to have a baby with you,'” Bunnie recalled on her podcast. “And that was not the reaction that I believed he would say. I was similar to, ‘Wow in point of fact? Have you always felt like that?’ He was like, ‘Yeah, I will at all times have a baby with you. If you want to have a toddler, cool. If you don’t, cool. Whatever you wish to have to do.’ So now he’s, like, in point of fact enthusiastic about it.”
They’ve noticed a fertility specialist since 2019, however no longer until not too long ago did they really feel that they have been totally prepared, financially and otherwise, to welcome a brand new addition to their brood.
“We’re at the fence of getting twins,” Bunnie said. “We assume we want to have dual boys. I’m not sure. We can have one, we can have two. We don’t know what we’re going to do yet. We don’t plan on implanting till February 2025.”
In early June, Jelly Roll, 39, shared their IVF plans right through his appearance on the “Bussin’ With the Boys” podcast.
“We had planned on doing this privately, but decided our IVF journey needed to be shared because we’ve at all times been so open,” Bunnie mentioned via Instagram following his announcement. “And all odds stacked towards us, it’s already been hard (and) now we have simplest just begun. We had been assembly (with) IVF doctors (and) exploring all our choices to upload to our family.”

In her new podcast episode, Bunnie mentioned that going ahead, they intend to keep their “IVF adventure” private.
“I’m just going to be honest with you guys. I'm really not going to lift the baby,” she stated, explaining their selection to use a surrogate. “I'm really not mentally smartly enough to let my hormones get out of whack. … I've gotten to a place where I’m even-keeled. My anxiousness is in spite of everything just right. I don’t have depression — in fact I have down days and stuff like that, but nothing like what I went through in 2019.”
She persevered, “There is not anything fallacious with having a surrogate. I might have hassle sporting a toddler. I have misplaced many babies, you realize. One, we don’t have the time to undergo that. Two, my agenda does not permit for me to … have any other miscarriage or ectopic being pregnant.”
