Letting her kids see her naked is just an on a regular basis factor for Jenna Bush Hager.
The TV journalist, 42, was once asked by way of her Today show cohost Hoda Kotb on Monday, July 1, about whether she “care[s] about strolling round naked with [her] kids round.”
“No, I don’t, but now not in a gross way,” Bush Hager insisted. The daughter of former president George W. Bush stocks kids Mila, 11, Poppy, 8, and Hal, 4, with husband Henry Hager.
“I’m not pronouncing it’s gross, why are you getting indignant?” Kotb, 59, quipped, noting her good friend was getting “defensive.”
“I’m now not walking round. I’m in the privacy of my own bathroom,” Bush Hager said. “And I don’t have a lot time because bet what I've to do? Go do down there and get ready his little meals.”
She then famous that there was once one instance the place son Hal made fun of her body.
“Recently whilst I’m getting dressed — if I do makeup, hair, outfit — which is what I really like, Hal likes to come in there and say, ‘Look at your nickels. I like your nickels,'” she recalled, including that Hal hilariously referred to her nipples as “nickels.”
Bush Hager went on, “Now he’s speaking about one thing else … it’s nipples. But he mentioned, ‘Look at your large nickels.’ And then I feel a little humiliated in my own residence.”
“He walks in and he makes amusing of my ‘nickels,’ pointing and giggling and such and speaking about their dimension,” she recollected. “And then I have to get on a gown, which makes me hotter. But he’s started to shame me into outfit, hair, makeup.”

Hager announced on June 20 at the Today show that her manufacturing company, Thousand Voices, is partnering with NBCUniversal Studio Group and Dinner Party Productions to turn creator Chris Whitaker’s e-book All the Colors of the Dark into a TV collection.
“It could also be my maximum favorite e-book I’ve ever selected. I do know that’s no longer fair to the opposite books, but it’s true,” she gushed over the novel at the time.
