"He gave away my game!" the famous person, 29, tells David Letterman on the Late Show, airing Wednesday. (Watch the clip above.)
"Normally you would think that somebody you care about would keep those intimate details to themselves," she says. "It was definitely compliment … in a way. But I don't really want people to know that about me. It's like, I'm the good girl and then that happens."
Although she says she "was very disappointed by the article" and hasn't talked to him since it used to be revealed, she does say she "will always care about him."
The megastar of VH1's new fact show The Price of Beauty additionally opens up about her ex Tony Romo, who she says is "still a dear friend of mine" even though they cut up after two years of courting this past July.
