Football coach Jim Harbaugh fervently pursued now-wife Sarah Feuerborn Harbaugh sooner than they discovered love.
“When he first started chatting with her, she wouldn’t talk to him. He chased her and chased her. Sarah says, to this day, if he hadn’t accomplished that [they] wouldn’t be right here,” Sarah’s brother, Marty Feuerborn, previously informed Kansas City’s KCTV 5 News.
Jim, a former pro football player, ultimately received over Sarah and her family. They wed in January 2008 before welcoming four children together. (Jim also stocks 3 older kids with ex-wife Miah Harbaugh.)
“I’ve got seven youngsters. With the older children, other folks would inform me: ‘Don’t power them to play sports.’ And I in point of fact wanted them to play sports and be good at them,” Jim advised GQ in a 2017 profile. “But I listened to what people were announcing, ‘Don’t put a lot of force on them, to be a football participant or an athlete.’ They in finding their very own trail.”
He added on the time, “And I just had an epiphany: with the 8-and-unders, I’m going to coach them like I do my own avid gamers. Not deal with my kids any other than my very own gamers, and now not deal with my players any other than my own youngsters.”

2006
Jim and Sarah met within the parking space of a PF Changs in Las Vegas in a while after he finalized his divorce from ex-wife Miah.
“Sarah was once there getting takeout. I noticed her get takeout and leaving, and I went as much as her and asked if I may meet her,” he recalled all the way through a 2015 interview on HBO’s Real Sports. “She mentioned, ‘Sure, you'll be able to meet me,’ and she gave me her phone quantity. I didn’t imagine her in the beginning, I believed it used to be a type of pretend numbers.”
Jim famous that he reached out to Sarah “nine times” sooner than she returned his phone call. “I could tell she was once a winner all the method,” he gushed.

After two years in combination, Jim and Sarah tied the knot.
2010
During Jim’s tenure because the Stanford University football coach, he gave Sarah a sweet shout-out all over a press conference.
“I used to be considering simply the other evening that two other folks in my existence, my spouse and our quarterback, Andrew Luck, have a lot in not unusual in that they’re simply both best possible,” Jim quipped. “With most people you assert, ‘If they simply didn’t do that. For a soccer coach, that’s lovely nice — to have a super spouse and a super quarterback.”
One year later, he became the pinnacle coach of the San Francisco 49ers. In 2013, he was once photographed kissing Sarah at the sidelines ahead of the group’s recreation in opposition to the Arizona Cardinals.
January 2017
Jim and his family moved to Michigan in 2015 when he was hired to coach the University of Michigan’s football team. Two years later, he and Sarah welcomed their fourth baby together.
“Arriving early, weighing in at Four lb Thirteen oz, with an 18 in wing span, our newest Wolverine teammate, John Harbaugh,” Jim wrote via X on the time. “Precious. God is excellent.”

During a Michigan press convention, Jim praised Sarah’s number of TV suppliers for their circle of relatives.
