An on-and-off form of love! Nick Cannon’s relationship with Bre Tiesi grew to become heads once they announced they are expecting their first child together, but their connection has been many years within the making.
“Him and I have had our on-and-off for years,” the model instructed E! News’ Daily Pop in March 2022, two months after revealing her being pregnant. “I’ve all the time come back.”
She persisted: “I simply appreciate and love who he's such a lot as an individual, that after I considered, ‘Do I need my son to be this person? Look at your characteristics, look at your personality, take a look at how you deal with folks.’ That’s what is so a lot more essential to me than anything else. And he treats me wonderful, so that’s all I look at.”
The couple have remained close through the years, with Tiesi even appearing on several episodes of his Wild ’N Out sequence, before they announced they were expanding their family.
Cannon, who was photographed at Tiesi’s baby shower previous that month, confirmed the paternity of her new bundle of joy right through an episode of his eponymous Nick Cannon Show the place he revealed they were in a “great space” as a couple.
“When a lifestyles comes into this global, it’s a celebration. I’m excited,” the Masked Singer host gushed at the time. “I’m glad. I’m gonna be the most productive dad I will be able to most likely be.”
Legendary, the real estate agent’s first child, arrived in July 2022. Cannon, for his section, first become a guardian in 2011 when he and then-wife Mariah Carey welcomed twins Moroccan and Monroe. Tiesi, for her part, used to be initially enthusiastic about her son joining Cannon’s expansive brood, noting she’s watched how he raises his older children.
“He’s great,” Tiesi — whose divorce from Johnny Manziel was finalized in November 2021 — exclusively told Us Weekly in April 2022. “I listen him at the telephone [with his youngsters]. I hear stories. I listen stuff concerning the kids, and I know him really well. [I’ve been able] to observe him father or mother and [see] his persistence and … his insight and the way he explains issues. He is just a very nurturing, loving human. Very optimistic.”
She noted at the time that she has quite a lot of “love and admire” for Cannon’s relationships with his other children’s mothers.
“Our children are siblings,” Tiesi defined. “However they decide to go shifting forward with their dad, that’s their time and their intimate stuff. We’re just right here to give a boost to and drop off or pick up or no matter they want. But [it’s] all love. We all are apprehensive about our state of affairs and our children and [doing] the most productive we will do. If any individual needs something, my door is all the time open.”
While Tiesi and the Drumline famous person are committed to raising their first child together, a child boy, they are not in a traditional monogamous relationship.
