“I used to be simply headed to a dark, darkish place,” Lochte told The Guardian in June 2021. “It just looked like every time that I was ingesting heavily, I was doing something silly and it was a development. It made me realize the trail I used to be heading down if I stored going that path. And if I'd have stored that pattern, who knows what will have happened? I may have ended up in a automotive wreck. Or killing someone else. So it used to be for sure a warning sign. I needed to develop up, scent the coffee and be like, this is not you. You want to change who you're.”

Lochte is among the maximum adorned Olympics swimmers in history, but for him, having a lovely spouse and youngsters is what is maximum important..
