SNL 40th Anniversary Highlights: The Top 10 Moments

4. Ana Gasteyer and Will Ferrell Flip the Funk Bird 

Ana Gasteyer and Will Ferrell introduced back their fabulously awkward song academics Marty Culp and Bobbi Mohan-Culp to sing an operatic medley of hits together with "Uptown Funk," "All About That Bass," and "Turn Down for What." 5. Women Rule Weekend Update

Weekend Update were given a big dose of lady power from former anchors Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, and Jane Curtin, who took turns trading witty barbs about SNL's storied history. The section also integrated a cameo from Emma Stone as the past due Gilda Radner's personality Roseanne Roseannadanna, and Ed Norton and Bill Hader doing competing Stefon impressions.

6. Mike Myers and Dana Carvey Poke Fun at Kanye West in Wayne's World Sketch

Wayne's World had slightly a laugh at Kanye West's expense when they introduced up the display's impressive list of musical visitors, which includes — amongst others — Beck and Beyonce. Melissa McCarthy threw herself (actually) into this Weekend Update bit that includes the overdue Chris Farley's persona Matt Foley. Paying homage to Farley's present for bodily comedy, the Tammy actress dove onto the information desk in a fit of gusto, collapsing on top of the splintered items. Farley would were proud.

8. Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon Are All About That Cowbell
