Southern Charm megastar Taylor Ann Green is coming clean about where she first heard cheating rumors about Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover’s relationship.
“It was once at BravoCon last year,” Green, 28, revealed on the Thursday, October 12, episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. “I heard it, I repeated it and I feel sorry about that.”
While a fan requested Green whether or not she thinks it used to be “appropriate” to unfold the rumor “with out 0 proof to again that allegation up,” Green teased, “Who’s to mention that there’s zero proof?” Without elaborating further, Green clarified that the cheating speculation “was once just a rumor” at the tip of the day.
Green kicked off season 9 of Southern Charm, which premiered on September 14, on a dramatic word by way of accusing DeSorbo, 30, of cheating on Conover, 34, during a heated argument about Green’s breakup from Shep Rose.
During the war of words, Green slammed Conover for allegedly guffawing about Rose’s infidelity while at the telephone with costar Austen Kroll, in addition to calling out Conover for never checking in on her after the break up. Conover stated he didn’t wish to take facets within the breakup and did what he may just to stop Rose, 43, from cheating.
“What about your woman cheating on you?” Green fired again, implying DeSorbo had been untrue to Conover. Both DeSorbo and Conover have dismissed the comment.
“I kinda laughed as a result of I used to be like, ‘Me and Paige simply sit on her sofa and watch TV,’” Conover informed E! News. “It can be just a little hard for both of us to be in the market being secretive. I don’t think that comes with this territory anymore.”
Conover — who has been courting DeSorbo since 2021 — noted that upon informing his girlfriend of the rumors, she “had a identical reaction” to him.
More lately, Conover told Us Weekly that he was unsure whether Green had apologized to DeSorbo for her phrases. “If she hasn’t, she must,” he stated. “Apologizing goes a long way. If you’re sorry about one thing and you wouldn’t do it again, then you definitely must say sorry, but I’m not positive, so I’ll have to ask Paige.”
Though he doesn’t suppose the Summer House big name will “hang a grudge” in opposition to Green, he said DeSorbo is “probably by no means going to be totally cool with someone that claims that about you.”
Green later claimed to Us that she’s since apologized to the couple in a dialog that didn’t make it to air. “We had a dialog, and I just was like, ‘Look, I’m sorry. It used to be a rumor and I repeated the rumor in an overly hurt and prone second,’” she informed Us on Wednesday, October 11. “And again, it is going again to that, ‘Hurt other folks. Hurt folks.’ ‘You hurt me, Craig. So, I’m gonna dig at you again.’”
